Be a Leader

Everybody in my group should able to be a (good) public speaker. Why? It is important for recruiting member, and convince them, that CNI is a good and futuristic business. Beside that, we have to guide them (the network) to be a success partner of CNI. Because network is the power of this business. How? We have to commit to three duties, such as "close points" (300 p's), recruiting new member and develop the network.

In my group, everybody --whoever he/she is-- is compulsory to speaks up in a small group, explains about how to run this business. This public speaking ability is applicable for the large scale (CNI member's gathering/indoor programe). So, they are able to speak fluently and convincely, with they own style. They are prepared to be a leader...
