Networking

Kalibata, Jakarta - A friend of mine, Jumadi, is a CNI Agency Manager for years, but stuck in his position. He has never got Advanced Agency Manager's Training, Agency Manager's pin, or achievement reward (i.e. motorcycle, religion trip, or car). Why? He confessed that his network didn't work. His downlines was stuck, and Jumadi has no point from downlines, but from himself. His strong point is selling products. So, my group realized that networking is the most important thing in this business.
