Doyok is reapplying his ID Card (KTP) to Kelurahan office, after we pushed him to got ID Card for CNI membership. I said, "if you want to get something (i.e. motorcycle) from CNI, first of all, you have to had an ID Card or Driving License". And he got my point. I wonder, why he --in modern life-- doesn't understand (or pretend not to be understood) the importance of personal documents, even he lives in village not far from Megapolitan city Jakarta.
