Doyok???

My business partner, Sarno, called me to asked about Doyok, Sasakpanjang's native and my new partner in progress. I answered that he is reapplying his ID Card (KTP). But I don't know, why it takes so long? I guess, the villager's type is unpredictable. For example, answer "yes" or nodded head, in fact, doesn't really mean "yes" or "agree".
